Cancellation and Refund Policy


This document sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to the Users for cancellation of Retail Order refund of any amount paid in furtherance of the same.

This document (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms of Use (Link to the terms of Use to be inserted here) of the Application and thereby, constitutes a legally binding agreement between the User and Debon establishing the rights and obligations pertaining to the use of the Application and availing the services, features, content, and offerings available thereof.

Users are requested to carefully read the Policy prior to accessing, browsing or using the Application. Accessing, browsing or using the Application by the Users, shall be deemed to constitute their acceptance of this Agreement and an undertaking to be bound by its provisions


Unless defined otherwise, the terminologies used under the Policy shall carry the same meaning and interpretation as provided under the Terms of Use.

  1. Users may cancel any Retail Order placed on the Application before receiving confirmation of the same by Debon. Once the Retail Order has been confirmed by Debon, the User shall not be allowed to cancel the Retail Order except with the consent of Debon.
  2. Debon may cancel any Retail Order placed under the following circumstances:
  1. The designated delivery address falls outside the delivery zone offered by Debon;
  2. Inability to deliver the Retail Order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from the User at the time of delivery; or
  3. Unavailability of any of the Products ordered by the User at the time of booking the order; or
  4. Failure due to reasons beyond the control or attributable to Debon.
  5. For any reason Debon deems fit, at its discretion, after providing reasons for the same.
  1. The User shall be entitled to a refund only if the User placed the Retail Order through the Application and only in the following event:
  1. Packaging of the Ordered Products has been tampered or damaged at the time of delivery;
  2. Debon cancels the order due to the delivery location falling outside designated delivery zones;
  3. The cancellation of the order due to unavailability of the items you ordered for at the time of booking;
  4. In the event of return of the order as per clause 5 of the Policy.
  1. Debon shall refund the amount received from the User in full in the event the Order is cancelled on account of circumstances as mentioned in clause 2.2 of this Policy.  
  2. Any cancellation of orders from User’s end after the confirmation of order, a cancellation fee of ___ shall be applicable.
  3. The refund amount, after deduction of cancellation fee, if required, shall be credited to your account within 1 week from placing of Retail Order in accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank to the source account.
  4. In the event the User refuses to receive the delivery of orders, the mode of payment for which are Cash on Delivery, such refusal shall be treated as cancellation of order and a cancellation fee of _________ shall become applicable to such User. The User access to the Application shall be restricted until the clearance of such payment by the User.
  1. The User shall be entitled to return or replacement of the Product delivered, only if the User placed the Retail Order through the Application and, on the occurrence of any of the following circumstances:
  1. Packaging of the Ordered Products has been tampered or damaged at the time of delivery;
  2. Product delivered is different from the Product for which the Retail Order was placed.

The User are required to not accept the delivery in the aforementioned circumstances. Once the delivery has been accepted the same cannot be returned, refunded or replaced in any circumstances whatsoever.
